Angry No Pwr When Cold Pwr Stroke 6.0 2005

For The Ford Guys I Have A 2005 F450 6.0 Pwr Stroke Diesel. Question, When The Truck Is Cold It Has No Pwr And The Turbo Boost Gauge Jumps To 40psi? When It Warms Up It Seems To Run Fine And Boost Level Seems To Be Normal. Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated. This Truck Is Totally Stock No Chips Etc.... THIS IS WHEN THE ENGINE IS COLD. THE TRUCK IS STORED INSIDE 45-50deg.NOT PLUGGED IN. DON'T KNOW DURING THE WARMER MONTHS IT JUST STARTED TO DO THIS.

I believe that it has a sensor if your motor is not up to normal operation temp it by passes. I have a similar sitution so Ijust turn it on a few minutes before I leave the house.
