Default Boat history report

has anyone had any luck with a good site that shows the complete history of a boat w/ the hin number? ive seen some, but say you have to pay X dollars to see maybe 2 records that show up in the history, and are not sure if its just gonna be exchange of the title or what.....i know the boat sank, but never got the full details as to where how etc and would like to find out. thanks

Sounds like a great idea, but like carfax it only works if the people report the info

Why don't you try to contact salvage companies in the area where the boat sank, the'll know all the rumors and you can sort out the truth. If you are really interested you should go to the salvage locations with pictures and ask employees also.
