Boat has seen 97 but heard the engines had been de tuned back to stock 820 hp and the drives are not Arneson and was my understanding the reason it never broke 100!

That boat has some very cool rigging. It has two speed transmissions which gets the last bit of top speed out of it.

That is very cool. I wonder how the fuel efficiency compares to gas engines going the same speeds.

I believe the engines were over 1,000hp for a while. I don't think it ever broke 100 though, close but not over. Last time I saw the boat it had a snapped prop shaft (left one). I think the drives were Buzzi's and the shaft is just massive. At that time it was at Dollar, but I believe they have moved since I saw the boat. The strange thing is that the pics look similar to what I remember. I wonder if they sold it to this broker. Honestly, 250k is a steal, unfortunately the boat has been for sale for a very long time.
