I found this 24' on Ebay and it sparked some intrest in me. Can anyone tell me any info or facts about them ? How about all around quality ? I heard this is a rare size for Fountain..

it can only be ridden in 1 ft chop or less

I was at a marina where they had just finished putting in the 2nd motor in 1 year. the mechanic said it was because the boat sat way to low in the water, he also said it was not the first 24 F. that he has worked on for the same thing.
I myself like the boat, But just look real good to see if its ever been swamped or partially submerged.

o no this one can be ridden in 2 ft chop or less cause it's not stepped

Im on a 700 acre inland lake in NW Indiana that see's 6" chop at best.. It will probably never see the waves of Lake Michigan

Sounds like lake Wawasee to me. If so that would be a great boat for that lake. Probably not to bad on the Big pond if there is a south wind. If you like to have something different that would fit the bill. I have only seen 1 24 fountain on Lake Michigan and it looked real small, but definately cool.
