In control shifter/throttle
I am looking to replace my standard quicksilver throttle/shifter with something like the below set up.

Has anyone done this or a similar conversion and what are the pros and cons?
I'll start with the abvious.
Pro #1- Bling Bling
Con #1-what does one do about the trim function?
