Hello everyone... I have a 47' Fountain and would like to install Viper motors... is there anyone out there that sells marine kits to convert a regular dodge viper motor to a marine motor?? I'm guessing that you'd need manifolds, marine approved alternater, etc...etc...
Thanks and any help is appreciated.

I only know of Ilmor, but I think they sell the complete motor. Either way it is a hell of a package. Great power to weight ratio, and have been proven to be reliable with the Teauge Drive set up.

marginmn is in the process of installing the Ilmores in his 38 Fever. He did not convert the Viper motors but went with the Ilmores. He may be able to give you some insight as to what is involved as far as rigging the hull. You can check out his thread in the Fountain section.
