Mother 'Effing wind storm!!!

Just ripped the full boat cover off of my boat. Thank goodness the cockpit cover was under it. The big cover has some damage; totally blows, and now a weekend so it has to sit and wait.

And no smart comments on the name of the boat.

I heard it 'pop' as it ballooned up; from all the way inside the house. Its basically ripped in three places all the way down the port side where the straps to the trailer used to be sewn in place.

Got it here too Brian...of course I'm what, 10 miles away. I was out in the "tent" installing the A/C unit in the cabin when the wind hit outta nowhere. Rattled the chit outta of the tent and 10 minutes later the wind is gone. Came out unscathed but I bet we get more blasts before morning.

Russ, I'll be over in the morning with my boat, and you can get started on my A/C as well.
Those Cover-It shelters are remarkably well built. My old one went through a hurricane, several really bad storms, an RV hitting it, several heavy snowstorms, and a few other things over the course of 4 owners as well as a disassemble, move, and reassemble, and its still standing in pretty good shape.
