Default Worthy engine shops Tulsa/Joplin/Springfield area??????????

Looks like I'm going to need some shortblock work done. Anyone have recommendations?

I just want a fair price, done when they say they will, know I have to pay for good work. Nothing glamorous, just a HP500efi 502 bottom freshening for a mild blower engine, maybe blower pistons and zerogap rings.

Thanks!

What JJ said. Contact either BYC or POFFSHORE. They can hook you up in Joplin.

A STRONG third for Bigyellowcat's motor guy in Joplin. He's the man. Really helped me out last year. Knows his stuff, great to work with, and reasonable rates. A great guy, you can't go wrong!!

Ron Munson. He stays over on hotboat.com He is more into the drag racing scene. Him and Dustin whipple are good friends and do some neat projects together. I have seen some quad whipple stuff he has done that has been VERY impressive. He is building a new building to house large boats to try and get into the offshore community.

I think he's on this site too. Is his screen name infomaniac? Nice to hear that there is a shop going in Tulsa.

<------- Is in for a fourth nomination for Brad. He knows what's up with building serious horsepower.
