Who makes the best tool kit that can be left on the boat?

The one I have now is all rusted after 18 months and the tools never stay in their place. Everytime I open the case the tools fly everywhere. Anyone have any good results with one? I want to buy some new ones this weekend. Thanks Mike

I used to try and buy those boxes that have the "fitted" spaces for everything. Now....Go to sears buy a 10 and 12 inch soft sided bag (they were on sale for $10 last week) and get the appropriate wrenches, screwdrivers, etc that you think you'll need. I opened everything up and made sure what I was buying would fit into the bag. Once I was done I just carried it to the register, took everything back out and bought it all.

I put cheap tools in a tackle box. The basics various flat and phillips screw drivers, a set of allen wrenches, metric and standard wrenches, assorted sockets with extresions and a flash light. Last but and least some duct tape!

I designed this bag especially for the boater. I use it every weekend that I boat.

BACK4MORE: "Decondesent" Is that something you spray in your nose or is it something Todd spreads on the floor of the warehouse to keep Dr. Bob from backing into the door?? I wonder if its anything like that "dessicant" stuff they use to absorb moisture.
The other side of the coin is that anyone who needs advice on which tools to keep on his boat may not be the best person to use them.
