Dodge truck help!??
Anyone have a Dodge Ram with a 5.2 or 5.9 gas motor that has failed an emissions test?? Mine failed big time. I was told I need to get a diagnostic done. But havn't yet.

Eric, did you take it in when the engine was hot or cold? Hot is better. I know a guy who tweaked my old Trans Am 5.7 to pass by adjusting the timing and a few things, and got it to pass with NO CATALYTIC CONVERTER.

Well I got it to pass. Actually had a bad plug wire. I just changed them a few months ago but bought the cheap ones. You get what you pay for!! Doesn't really matter now though. I just traded it in today.
