what is my best choice for exhaust i have gil but i think they are robbing hoarse power, i have a #3 speedy set up.....

CMI is great stuff. ALso consider Stainless Marine, alot lighter than CMI.

CMi is probably the most popular choice. There is a local guy here in Phx, he's an IRL race car driver and his shop makes custom exhaust. His shop is unbelievable, so is his work. Here's his website.
