Well it is with much sadness we are announcing the cancellation of the Blue Water Thunder Poker Run in Port Huron Michigan

After we have spent a lot of Time Money and Resources to promote and prepare for this event we have not been able to obtain all the necessary permits to make this event happen, and do not have time to change all of what we have in place to accommodate a different location or date

We had many sponsors and even more participants already signed up and are sad to say that we will not be having the poker run in Port Huron this year

Those that have signed up will have 100% of there moneys refunded and those who’s credit card we had not run yet we will destroy your entry so no one will have access to your information

Thanks to those that supported our attempt at this location

The date on the OSO banner is wrong for the event. We will be changing it soon but the event is July 7th and 8th 2006

Well that sucks. Marc, you have been bustin a nut getting it done. Time to enjoy the summer and the Warft(sp?) marina.

Sorry to here that Marc, I know how much work you had into it. Port Huron dosn't know what they are missing. If I was you I'd start talking to some other towns and see if they had a event going on for next year and you could plan it around that. Mackinaw Island would be cool and run up into the north chanel. Good luck and let me know if you ever need any help, JB
