If you need a house to rent in Havasu
Semper Fi is the guy to call, Gerard has a really nice place and it totally fit our needs for this past weekend, we had over 130' of boats and trucks parked out front and more then enough room to be comfortable in the home, rate was great and good neighbors to boot. I'll post a couple of pics in awhile after they get loaded into photobucket.

It's 10 minutes north of the strip off the 95, Durango is the exit. It's a nice neighborhood and I have good renters in the house. I spoke to a realtor the other day that told me that Las Vegas is still growing. She said that there are over 500 new subdivisions to be built and they already started them
