Putting boat on jacks?
#2
i did it with four of my buddys and 4 jacks its real tricky and risky, you have to block at the vee and have guys hold the boat level and keep working the trailer out over crossmembers little by little...............to close to good weather know paint it next winter

I did it with mine. We put a pair of stands under the tabs and tied them so that they could not pull away. Then you have options. To pull the thing out we used stands and would lift the boat up and pull the trailer forward tell we came to a cross memeber. Then drop the boat back on the trailer, move the stands and lift it up again. It does not take long at all. When we put it back on we lifted the bow with a tow truck and I just drove it right under.

That's a heavy boat .... I only ever use jacks to stabilise the boat.. The weight should only be on the keel. Some dimwit incorrectly bunked mine for a long time and put two deflections in the bottom .Would'nt have happened if the weight was supported on the keel like it should have been.
(Just my opinion , worth what you paid for it

Check with your local marina, they may have some Yardarms you can use for a small fee. That way to nice of a boat to risk messing it up, with a set of 4 Yardarms they can have her up and the trailer out in 10 to 15 minutes. Check them out www.yardarm.com, I use mine alot to clean bottoms or when my customers need there trailers worked on.
