Does anyone know of a muffler that will work with Stellings dry pipes with the water stingers. I know that an option is to re-route the water and dump it through the transom and put clamp on style mufflers on.... Just looking for ideas at this point.

Hope I understand your question correctly, but as far as I know you can still use a clamp-on style muffler on a stock Stellings dry tail pipe where the water exits out thru a small pipe that protrudes out about 1" from the exhaust pipe (this is the way a Stellings tail pipe normaly comes). It would obviously aid in keeping the mufflers cool vs dumping out thru the transom.

That's exactly what I'm talking about. Can anyone confirm this???? You are correct, the water currently exits the boat through a 3/4 or 1 inch pipe that is inside of the tailpipe. It protrudes beyond the tailpipe by about 1 inch. Not knowing anything about mufflers...I would just worry that they could deflect the water back up the tailpipe or restrict the flow??

My stellings have the water dump inside the pipe and i have imco slip on mufflers, works fine.

Was there a noticeable difference in loudness??

I just moved into a new neighborhood that has a small community marina. I was lucky enough to get a slip (It helps when the dockmaster is a friend) and I bought a lift. I just don't feel that it's fair to the people who live right there at the marina on the water for them to have to listen to my loud azz boat when it's warming up or I'm flushing it. It's just a matter of common courtesy towards my neighbors. You will learn that Mike when you grow up a little. Everyone has said that it's not a problem....but I really don't want to be known as "that azzhole with the loud boat" So, I'm going to make an effort to quiet it down some. It will probably help my hearing loss problem in the long run. My ears ring for hours after we finish boating.

Another option that I have considered is to get some 4" PVC pipe, some 90 degree elbows and some rubber gaskets and make some "Donkey dicks". If I can find some quick release clamps, it would only take me a a few minutes to put them on or take them off (I'm getting the transom step plates put on the back of the lift) while the boat is warming up or getting flushed.

Here is a picture of my slip. As you can see, people's houses are directly behind the boat. Just waiting on the piledriver guy and then my carpenter will build my catwalks and I'll be ready to rock!

I have a set of 4 mufflers that came out of my Stellings they have 4 hours on them. My pipes are big though 6in inside diameter.
