just wondering which model, design, manufacturer, and where to buy a carbon fiber vinyl cover, are the velcro better than the snap covers, and do they all have the cross bracing? thanks jim

Access cover. That's the only answer you will need.
Stay away from the Snap on units. Very cheesy compared to the Access.
Our two best selling bed covers are Access and Under Cover.
Edit....The Access cover has cross bracing that rolls up with the cover and puts itself back into place when you unroll the cover. The snap on units have to be rolled up and then each cross bar has to be individually removed and reinstalled each time you use it.

Check out -- http://f150online.com/forums/index.php -- they have all the Ford info you ever wanted.
I got a Truxedo--it attaches to the sides with heavy duty velcro and is really easy to roll-up.

I just bought the three-folding Trifecta from Extang. Its THE $HIT. I love it. No unsnapping, no rolling, no straps. Two quick clips, and flip forward.

What do you guys think of this type of cover? How much bed room do you loose. Will it freeze up in the winter?

I only found this company with a fast search, I dont know them.

I have mixed emotions about them. Not my favorite cover to sell and install for a customer. There are people who love them to death and had great luck with them. Can be a little pricey. Installation isn't the funnest thing in the world.
And yes, they can freeze up.
