used 5200 on transducer ??

used 5200 on transducer ??
I remounted my Gaffrig depth gauge transducer...used 3m 5200....now it dosent seem to work...will a transducer shoot thru 5200...or is it another problem....???

its my understanding that it will not shoot though silicone or other flexible compounds it best to mount with a good two part epoxy
you might as well call the manufactor and order a new transducer I dont think that one is comming off any time soon
