A year ago today I was in Surgery on my Birthday
well a year ago they were wheeling me in for my 95% bockage of my widowmaker. They installed a stent
Happy to say all us good.
Party at my house on the chain on Saturday to celebrate my new first birthday anyone in area is invited plenty of spots by pier to tie up just need to have fenders.
or come by land if you want
nice to still be around

My father had a similar heart attack and consequently stent a few years ago. Keep up the exercise and diet. he is healthier today than he was when he was my age.
