Probably one of the sharpest guys in the industry. He has a grasp on every aspect of an engine. Anyone that can build competitive engines for Nascar's Busch and Truck series has to be very good.

My son used to work at Sterling Performace in Milford, MI back when they were doing some NASCAR stuff, both in the Craftsman Trucks and Busch. Hutter was also very involved in Busch at that time and built some very formidable equipment. I do not know if they dabble in Marine stuff or not.
