I wasn't expecting to see this. I'll get you Bob Allen's number. He did my note at a GREAT rate. I'd stay away from Home Equity unless you are going to pay it off QUICK. Fed keeps rasing rates and all HELOCs are tied to that.

the bank i use offered prime minus one on the boat loan since i own my house free and clear. Signature Bank

new coast financial has the best rates and service!! loan ranger on this site and also a fellow sonic owner !!!!
