Default can Bravo one handle 430hp?
Ive got the 496mag/bravo one combo. I would like to do the CMI sport tubes and lab prop. Can my drive hold the extra 50ish hp?

You should be fine. The same drive comes with the 496 HO / 425 HP. It can handle more than 430 HP.

I am running 525 plus.
Upgraded prop shafts and lower gears.

The boat is an H2X....i thought the 496HO came with the bravo X

Yes they do now....the used to come with the Bravo 1

Im not hijacking could anyone tell me that the 496HO didn't come out in 2002. I have an 02 496HO and when it was ordered it came w. a B1X. No upgrade that I know of on the build sheet!?

514hp bravo 1 drive 3 years use 150hours still ok. Change fluid every year.

can handle 600 hp all day long...have 2 with almost 300 hrs
