That weekend tends to be a great time at the lake. The weather is usually still very enjoyable with water temps still pretty warm. Being after labor day most of the summer boaters are gone.
With Lake Cumberland Marine close plus the other boats you can count on a great time.
Plus... State Dock (who bought the poker run this year) puts on a great party!!!
