Thumbs up I did it I bought a new Tow Truck!!!!

Well after a few weeks of searching I finally got the deal I was looking for. I finally get to retire my old 1987 F250 and step up!!!! It was more then I wanted to spend but it is one Kick butt truck. I could not pull the trigger on brand new, 44,000 bucks was WAY out of my league. So I found one that only had 15,000 miles and worked them over good for it and got them to put a 4 year 48K mile coverage on the whole truck. 1999 Ford F350 Dually Crew Cab Lariate!!!! Two tone paint and allllll the options. The thing is Mint Mint Mint. I am so excited but freeking out at the same time. Never had a loan on a truck before always bought them outright, of course they have all been pieces of crap. Who has the best deals on financing? I was going to check AAA. Can't waite till next week to get it!!!! Thanks for all the info you guys have given me over the last few weeks it helped me with my search big time.

Jon

audiofn,

Congrats on your new purchase. Have you considered a home equity loan? The rates are real low right now and you can deduct all the interest on your taxes! Just my .02.

Happy New Year!

Yes DONO that is what I meant. I will admit to my horrible ability to spell, and often all the typo's. Sorry man but deal. Make you feel better to pick on us "stupid" guys

Jon, Congratulations!
Glad to see you got a diesel! You will never want a gasser again. Any of the big three diesel setups is WAAAAAYYYYY better than gasoline engines, If you're driving it in winter a lot, I found that the Stanadyne Performance Formula is one of the best additives for reducing smoke, easy starts, and it also prevent gelling among other benefits. Diesel Injection Service has very good pricing on the stuff:

Good Towing and Happy New Year!

stinking like diesel in Big Rapids,
