if you go everywhere wfo at maximum rpm is that your cruise speed/rpm? thx, rm

75 to 80 % of maximum RPM is a safe bet.........................m.m.......It works for me................mark.......

You would have 2 speeds after a while-the speed your boat goes at wfo and the speed the tow boat can pull you ,Smitty

I like to run my boat Cruising at 4000rpm. I usually run high 50's with full fuel and mid 60's with lite fuel at this RPM....

wfo is 6400 rpms @ 107...i cruise at 48-5200 which is 80-84

Rat, you need diesels... you'll be safe at wfo for 1000hrs a year.
