If you like drag racing, the NHRA will be at Gateway Intl. Raceway this weekend, just across the river in Madison, IL.

I personally have not been to that particular track and couldn't really recommend anything near there.

If it were me though, I guess I would head over to the races earlier in the day and then try to find some hot-spots around the downtown St. Louis area afterward. I don't think it's too far of a drive between the two.

Bring some earplugs and have fun!

There is nothing near the track. Just a run down town (east stl). South of there is Sauget where the girlies like to dance. East is Washington Park where more girlies dance. Other than that, the landing, soulard, or washington ave. Lots of bars and such. Scott
