23 year plan -300 million$ expansion at LOTO
Entire front page of the paper today showed a new Residential and Commercial project from business 54 northeast all the way to the Osage River, over 2300 housing units, 4 Commercial phases with over 1 million sq. ft. of development, will bring over 3000 new jobs, substantial population growth and a total of over 300 million $ in expansion dollars, alot of the homes will be medium to high density homes which we need bad. Horseshoe Bend llc. Development is behind most of it, I always wondered what would be done with this huge peice of undeveloped real estate, there is an ariel in the paper as well. will try to post article if I can figure it out. also learned a new real estate term CONDOTEL- go figure, thanks to Donald Trump.

the west side is the best side...
they need to spend 300 mil on a new road system if they plan on that kind of expansion
