I sent Mitcher T all of the dash panels and glove box from my 25 Outlaw to custom paint in black checker flag, purple, and yellow to match the graphics on my boat. I loved his design proposal and gave him the go ahead. When I got them back the Outlaw graphic was upside down, the print for the tabs ie port stbd etc was not allinged properly and was covered part way by the rocker switches, and there was overspray in some of the colors. I called Mitch and explained my dissapointment. He was upset and said to send them back and he would re do them ASAP. He did and I had them back within 3 days and they are flwaless. Perfect!!! Also in the box was a bill that said "no charge, this one is on me as he was truly embarressed that my job went out that way. NO CHARGE! I called Mitch and explained that I just wanted what I agreed to pay for and the quality work he is known for. He said not to send any money or he would return it. MITCH IS TRULY ONE OF A KIND. A STAND UP GUY WHO DOES INCREDIBLE WORK!
