SPECIAL THANKS TO NJPPC & TYPHOON PERFORMANCE MARINE
Just came from the NJPPC Atlantic City Poker run and wanted to thank all the guys (and ladies) @ NJPPC for another outstanding Poker Run.I think we need to start a new slogan for our club.
NJPPC....boats that can outrun mother nature!
Also a special thanks to Typhoon Performance Marine for the kick-off party and kick-@ss service for the weekend! A special thanks to Bob, Chuck, Frank, and Steve for getting me back in the water and ready for the run. You Guys Rock

Thanks Tom, We had so much fun Friday night that we are going to do it for the Barnegat run in August.
The nice part about the party everyone was welcome and for some of my Customers that didn't know what a poker run was or how freindly the people are got a great taste of what we enjoy so much. I had several folks wanting to sign up for the next run. Great Food, Great Drink and all good freinds!
The AC Run was just a great run even the weather gods worked with us going and coming back, you couldn't ask for better then that.
Kudos: It was great to see Scott running his boat, I just hope all our prayers are answered and Scott gets back to 100% he is one of the nicest guys around and he is loved by all of us.

Yes it was a great time Friday night at Typhoon, Plenty of FOOD, BOOZE, AND LAUGHS great to see all. And as far as the poker run just another example of a FIRST CLASS POKER RUN! We even raised money for shore dreams, JUST 1 REQUEST PLEASE DONT GIVE DAVE ANOTHER BATHROBE TO PARADE AROUND IN AGAIN! LOL and last but not least it was great seeing Scott there and hanging with him he was in great spirits and hope to see him soon and on the Barnnaget run MY PRAIRS ARE WITH YOU SCOTT, JOE

Hello everyone,
AMAZINGLY we were able to pull off the Atlantic City Poker Run off without any rain to speak of! It was all Scott Applegate's fault! Because he decided to run with us, he made sure it would not rain on our parade! Scotty it took all your strength and courage to come out and play with us and we greatly appreciated your presence! You are the MAN!

I would also like to thank everyone who helped make this weekend possible:
* All of the NJPPC Planning Committee Members
* All of the NJPPC Members who registered and attended the event
* All of the NJPPC sponsors who attended the event
* The great people of MONOC who ensured that we were safe
* NJ State Police for providing escort for us in the Toms River
* Typhoon Performance Marine for hosting the Friday Night Party
* Albert Haynesworth of the Tennassee Titans for being a great sport!
It was also great to see alot of new faces in the crowd! We have a new "contingencey" from the Atlantic City area which included 1/2 dozen new boats to our crowd. Our Long Island "contingencey" also braved the seas to join us and it is always great to see them every year as well!
It was the 9th year of the Atlantic City Poker Run and we think it was one of our best events yet. What I enjoy most is the great people that make up the run and help create the friendly atmosphere. I am very honored to know so many of you as friends outside the club. That is what keeps me and NJPPC going year after year. It also makes us one of the most unique organizations around.
