"NOT" that I (We) have to justify my actions to anyone but I will in this case. Myself or anyone in OPA/The Jersey Boyz would never do anything to hurt anyone, that's what The Jersey Boyz PRIDE THEMSELVES on, SAFETY FIRST! We (Papa Dukes, Myself, Panther,Lightning Jacks,Wazzup, Traffic Light, AMF, and a few others ) got the OK for the Flybys but Race Control, The US Coast Guard and The NJ State Police, Marine Division. They LOVED the Flybys, The Fans Loved them and so did Mr. Stereno, owner of Jenkinson's. We did our job, we put on a show for THE FANS. Our Permit ran out at 3 PM which means we had to start the Race by 2, after the parade lap we decided it was UNSAFE to run. Now I Feel Every Race Team went home happy, full and I know for a fact that they ALL enjoyed doing The Flybys and didn't feel UNSAFE at any time. I heard my bro in On the chip racing and Traffic light had a little "no wake zone" battle but it was safe and in good fun.

unsure about that but did see him blow 2/3's of the Pt Pleasant Canal at 30-40 mph and pissed off alot of people that live along it not to mention the boats he rocked the piss outta by stirring up the canal...not a smooth move

Oddly enough there were no phone calls. Hard to believe. In NY they dont slow down for bridges and canals. I should have told them they were in Jersey
