Default Gaffrig/Livorsi Red Line Series gauges??

I have all Red-line series gauges - a light shines bright red on the face of the dial if oil pressure is too low (below 10psi) or voltage from alternator drops. Oil temp gauge sweeps from 140-300 and seems to turn red at 230 degrees. Is this adjustable at all?

nevermind - I went to livorsi site - I have the ones that kick in at 250 which is fine ... tough to see at which temp exactly it kicks in hence the question.

looks like I need bigger oil coolers or need to check plugs for lean condition.
