We went out in the Nordic to watch the Space Shuttle launch, man it was beautiful launch and day! NASA has never launched a shuttle on our nation's birthday, so that was the historic part...

Watcning the Shuttle always makes me proud t be an American. Seeing it go up on the 4th of July just makes it that much more special. I hope they have a safe flight and a safe return.

I couldn't agree more, it made me even prouder to be AMERICAN! They are in process of inspecting the shuttle thermal shield today.
