several regualars at the LEOPA poker run said they are not going and others have mentioned it as well. Of course the majority of the OPA and OSS guys will be in Destin. There is no question as more race teams pull out, attendence will be lower

Next week we have an opportunity to be at St Clair, that race will most likely have more boats than this years Key West race

Will any other race organizations be there??OSS or AMF or OPA if not keep dates seperate or try to unite real hard

they will be at their worlds (together) which is the same time in Destin. Those organizations are willing to combine, but apparantly APBA rules make it to expensive for most teams. OPA has found a way to race without breaking the bank, and it seems to be catching on. There membership has gone through the roof and other groups like the Bluewater Racing Association (great lakes) are jumping on board.

Sharkey, when you run a post office, anything is considered relaxing outside the office Christ when I'm out on the Coast Guard boat during a storm I find that more relaxing then being at the Post Office.
