Default Are Arneson drives...

...a viable option for my boat?
Recently purchased a '96 Wellcraft Excalibur '45 (built by Riviera). It has the 502 MPI / Bravo III combination. Overall, I like the combination of looks/speed/comfort.
I've heard (read on the internet) some less than wonderful things abt these out drives. Reliability, corrosion, etc..
So, being a guy who can't leave well enough alone, if the time comes when these must be replaced, I'd consider new technology.
My question is with my application, stock 502's, 15000 lbs, would I see much difference in speed, handling and/or economy? Enough to offset the cost difference?
Thx

I just wished they had a TRS conversion like the Bravo conversion.

It's the same kit. Basically any I/O will work with our kit.

We've done TRS conversions, talk about a speed increase, Bravo's, OMC and Volvo drive units have been converted over as well.
