The weather was threatening but it held off until we got back to port Saturday. What a blast. Just calm enough to run hard, just rough enough for some serious air time as we raced the thunderstorms around Lake Simcoe and Couchiching. 25 badass boats, sunshine, excellent running and a new very informal format with very short card stops made for a great day on the water.

These guys know their customers would rather be running their boats than sitting around. We covered 110 miles in a little under 2 hrs including card 5 stops. What a blast. Of course, it also meant more time on the docks in the afternoon for socializing and cold beverages once the boats were parked.

Hopefully Peter from RR will get the pics up ASAP.
