Default Estle Mooney - Mooneys Bar and Grill passed away

GLOC guys/gals,

Estle Mooney, the owner of Mooneys Bar and Grill at GLOC passed away on Wednesday afternoon. He had a heart attack.
Sorry to be so late in posting this, I just forgot to do that. Below is an e-mail from one of Mooney's friends explaning the final arrangements. I have had many a good time at Mooneys and enjoyed knowing the man. He will be missed at GLOC for sure.

Subject: Estle Mooney

I’m sure most of you know of Mooney’s passing on Wednesday. For those of you who don’t know, they will have a viewing of his body at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Langley at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 5.

On Sunday, August 6, at Mooney’s Sunset Bar & Grill, there will be a celebration of his life at 2:00 p.m. Everyone is asked to bring a covered dish and his ashes will be scattered that afternoon.

Please pass this on to anyone who might want to be there.

Mooney's Sunset gave him a great send off. Must have been close to 120-150 people at his 'Life Celebration' on Sunday afternoon. His ashes were spread on banks just off the East side of the gangplank.

A small correction Mr. Mooney was 70 years old.
