Guys/Gals,
Thinking of flying in from NY to the Lake Cumberland run on Sept 9th to join some buddies (Chuck) and was wondering where the closest airport is located. Currently, it's looking like Nashville, but there might be something closer as all the search engines suck unless you know the name of the port.

Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

for where the poker runs takes place i would have to say louisville and catch rte 55
go to lakeumberland.com and ask in that forum there are a lot of kentucky locals that can give you better info

If you're talking about a commercial flight then you are probably correct. There are several private airports very close.
