How often do you go WOT?

I'm curious to know how many of you go WOT on your stock/built engines. Currently mine is built mostly for pleasure boating. I'm getting closer to 200hours and nervous that the more i hit WOT im going to ruin the block. Last 454 cracked in cyl 7 not sure if it was stress or what. I do not ride WOT all the time but I will cruise at 4000-4700 and sometimes tap to full throttle but let off when oil temps build over 230F. PS I have been trying to take good care of it every 10hours oil changes and full warm ups until oil temps build over 180degree. Anyone else ride WOT? for more then 2mins?
EDIT: PS using 50W oil because of the clerences in the engine suggested from my builder.

All the time, besides dock / no wake time, I'd bet I am WO 80% or better of the time.
With how often you're changing oil, and the care you are taking, your oil can go past 230. 300 is the general breakdown limits of conventional oil, but personally i'd try not to go over 250.

2-3 times each day out generally less than a minute at a time just for the feel and to blow it out.
Ran WOT during a poker run last year for about 20minutes trying to make up some lost time.
Not doing any PR's this year to save on gas
