August 19th, Oswego, NY. Meeting at the Captains Steak and Seafood Rest. at about 10am. At 11am, conditions permiting, we'll be running to Sackets Harbor for lunch. Then on the return run, stopping at Sandy Island boat beach for some fun on the sand. Returning to Oswego by 5pm, reservations have been made at the Captains S&S Rest. at 6pm for dinner in one of the private dinning rooms. For those wishing to stay the night, arrangements have been made for discounts on the various rooms a the hotels across the street. A standard room costing only 94.50 for the night, this is good for Friday and Sat. nights. There is no registration fee for this run. Club membership is not required as long as the individuals are willing to abide by club rules for the run.

Wish I could, sounds like fun, but I should probably go to my kids birthday party.

Just talked with my ROPA board contact, and given the lack of interest in the run, it was decided to cancel this event. My thanks to those people who had expressed an interest, perhaps next year. Chuck
