Try Hotel Aqua. I've never been there but I made my reservations a week ago. Their website is either www.aquamiami.com or visa versa.

Go to: "www.expedia.com", click on hotels, they have lots of rooms available in the $65-$150 range.
Most of the hotels around MIA airport have rooms, also, being the week end, the rates are a lot lower than anything near the boat show
