The Lake George Powerboat 1 Association will be hosting our Annual Fall Poker Run on October 6-8 th on Lake George NY

Details are as follows

Friday October 6th - Cocktail reception and registration party at Simple Simons Restaurant in the Village

Saturday October 7th - Drivers meeting @11:00 with a start time of 12:00 for the run. We will run approximately 75 miles around the lake with an optional lunch stop at the View Restaurant at the North end of the lake. The now famous awards party and dinner will be held again at Simple Simons. A great buffet dinner will be served and entertainment will be on hand for the party .

Docking is included in your registration for the weekend and will be available on a first registered first served basis. I have room for about 50 boats. 25 Rooms have been put aside at the Fort William Henry. Call them and tell them you are with the Poker Run. Rooms are going from $135.00 to $195.00 with a two night min stay. The official launch ramp will be Fishers Marina on the East side of the Lake.

Sunday October 8th- We will have an informal fun run up to Red Rock Bay and have a Raftup party

We will have a Video crew on scene and in the air to make a video. Videos will be able to be purchased thru production Company

Trick Marine is a sponsor of this event and in conjunction with CMI, we will have available several different sets of mufflers to try out at no cost to you. We will have the local Authorities with there Db meters on hand to test your boat before and after installation to see how much difference their systems make. Trick will have a special group rate available to those who choose to purchase. (LGPBA is working hard to have all its members conform to the 90 Db level, as there has been some lobbying to have the noise level lowered even more !!)

Cost of the run will be $175.00 for non members or $140.00 for members of LGPBA

This run will be a charity event to benefit The Double H Hole in the Woods for sick children. All fees will be tax deductable

Is there a spot on the Lake to purchase premium fuel?

Thinking with the trip down from the Ti launch, the run, then back to the Ti ramp, I might need fuel at some point.
