Why not contact JC Motors in Costa Mesa, CA, they are professional motorcycle shippers and will take it to your doorstep. I've used them 2 times; affordable and both were excellent experiences.

If nobody else helps ya out I am 5 minutes away. i can go get it and drop it at Fed Ex or what ever you need. I can do it Friday if need be let me know.
