Im thinking about selling my Excalibur Hawk 40. I been looking at late eighties 38 scarabs. I love the KV models, but the cockpit is too small. The excel models look roomier.

I boat on lake michigan, where it can be pretty rough, so I need a boat that can take the abuse. Also, cabin amenities are a plus, like a/c, etc. How does the 38 excel ride in the rough?? Speeds with stock 425HP 454's? Thanks, MT
