I thought I'd throw this out here after reading the negotiation thread.
The boat is a 1990 Top Gun, appears pretty clean, decent paint (although totally painted including the bottom) 6 man bolsters, serious poker run configuration. Still has a full cabin although most amenities removed. (no head) Cabin needs freshening. Includes a nice painted trailer.
Boat has no power, no drives or transoms, no external steering.(has a hyd helm) Had big power, Six drives. Does have large 380 K-Planes.
What is it worth and what would you consider to be a reasonable offer?

15k to 20k? the enormity of the project will scare most peeps away, and when done may cost more than buying one turnkey

It's been for sale for over 2 years....Are they finally ready to deal ?I think it would cost a fortune to re-rig since they stripped the drives/gimbles

It might be worth more. Work the numbers backwards. Add up the price of parts and labor to see where you'd end up.

Biggus: This isn't the Top Gun you guys picked up a couple of years ago is it? how is that project coming along?

Used Top gun with no power and sounds like hull and seats only- very cheap.
