Just got into the performance boat family and looking for places to go in S.Florida or people to run with, meet up with etc... A little tired of Lake Boca everyweekend. Anyone have other places to hang out with or throw an anchor. Leaving out of the Port of Ft. Lauderdale. I see very few fast boats !! anyone out there??

Several members in the area. I keep my boat there iover the winter. Maybe Lucky Strike will chime in - the florida power boat club has several runs during the year.

We try and get out every Sunday. Have you been to Shooters yet?

In two weeks, Florida Powerboat Club (www.flpowerboat.com) is having the Land & Sea Poker Run (9/29-9/30). We'll be there and you should come it's a great way to meet locals.
