Default Ford F250 Differential Cover rusted through!

My sister has a 95' F250 with a 7.3 PSD. She told me it has been leaking, so I took a look at it. I think the cover has just rusted through. Anybody know of a good replacement without going to a dealer? Anybody else have this problem? Thanks, Doug

Not sure if you want to spend this much but check out the Mag-Hytec covers. www.mag-hytec.com

Replaced my F350 cover last year. Just went to dealer, bought a new cover cheap, stripped all the shipping oil off it, sanded it down, sprayed the outside with brake caliper drum & rotor paint (silver) and installed it with Motorcraft Silicone and Gasket Sealant also from the dealer. Cheap alternative to the fancy stuff, which is a bit overkill IMHO. Here's a pic one year later, never been washed or touched...
