I/ve tried to get in touch w/ him too. Steve???????????

I know this might sound dumb but did you try the number on the contact section here. I called it about a week ago at 10 PM and Steve answered. After hours he often has the office number transfered to his cell.

Hi, Thank you, I tried. Someone sent me his new number. He still didn't answer and now almost ALL of the ice is melted in his drink!

Clearly there is not enough alcohol in that drink, no wonder he doesnt return your calls.....you shorten him
Ice should last no more than 15 minutes if the proper amount of booze is used. Drink time should be about 10 minutes so there should never be an issue
