FYI Lake Mead Racers & Crew
Lake Mead is in the National Park System. If you have a Park Pass it will help you drive right thru the gates. If not, you will have to buy a 5 day pass (Not Expensive) but its a pain to wait in the longer line. There are entry gates from the Las Vegas direction and the Boulder City Direction.
