Looking at 60 acres on the lake for sale, Subdividable, and was wondering what it's like there.
Thanks for any help, boating conditions, lake size, demographics , etc.

A lot depends on which part of the lake your taking about. Lots are much more desirable in the middle portion of the lake. If you get on the wrong side of the lake it can be difficult to get to. Where are you looking? The guy that owns King World TV productions is selling lots, they probably would all be sold if they were on the other side of the lake. Getting dock permits would be the main draw for lots. If you don't have slips they won't sell. The lake is as nice as any lake I've been on. Lots run anywhere from very little with no view and no slips , to 40-60 for decent view with a slip. The lot next to my house is 165, with a slip and one of the best view around. I havent seen the sell of lots slow down much. It's still location and slips. You can pm me if you would like, I live here year round.

Beautiful quiet lake. We can run our 23' Baja up & down the lake in 40-50's w/ no issues. We are in Kimberling City. Development is really beginning to boom around the area. Towards the Shell Knob side, it's still pretty undeveloped.
