Hey OSO members, I need some help trying to locate or just some recommendations on where I should be looking (what MM, etc.) to rent a 3-4 bedroom home at LOTO next year Memorial day weekend. I am 32 yrs young have a new 2006 272 OB Cobalt runabout. I have not been to the lake since I was a kid. We have been going to Table Rock lake the last few years and need to switch it up a little... I just need to know where I should be looking so I don't have an extremely long ride to the cove and other popular locations. Any thoughts, suggestions and recommendations would be great!!!!

what would be a decent price per night for a 3 bed house on the water with a dock for a 3-4 night stay????

There will be many more 3-4 bedroom condos than houses to choose from. Parkview Bay condos will be close to party cove, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks and a number of other places if you want to be in that location.

Prices will probably be in the 250 or so a nite range. Plus you will pay another 20 or so a nite for a slip.

Maybe Mental can rent you his floating condo, about 43 feet long and oh yeah it runs over 90 mph!

I have a freind with 2- 3bedroom condo's and 36' slip and Grand View which is right across the street from Dog Days. and across the cove from Kelly's Port Marine. Nice cove and close to everything. He is very resonable on price.
