Question Engine upgrade

I have a 1990 Baja 240 with a 454 Mag.Gen IV, that will not stay together. After a valve job last year, striped some head bolts out of the block and had to put inserts. During my last Poker Run engine started to run bad, after some Diag. found low compression in several cylinder. Started to tear down engine again, found some head bolts loose, try to retighten only to find more striped bolts in the block.

I have found a new create motor at a good deal, my only concern is that it is a Gen 5, so I will need to put an electric fuel on it (not a problem), but will the flywheel fit, or do I need to replace that to.

Thanks,
Patrick Hill
